Kurt Angle was on Radio City FM in Liverpool for their breakfast show ahead of tonight's show. Nothing much was said to promote the show and the announcers were not apparently aware of the TNA product or Angle's neck injuries. He did mention in replying to a question about pain felt wrestling that he was wrestling with a broken neck and had been since 1996!

He also said that he wants a British wrestler called Johnny Storm to join the company and that he had pitched the idea of either Storm or Doug Williams, who is working the TNA UK dates, of coming in as a heel as part of a stable built around Booker T, using the name 'Cuppa T' - the idea being that they would be a "better version of William Regal"—Angle's words. [Thanks to Dot Net reader James Taylor]

Powell's POV: TNA officials feel the UK market could be very lucrative and it's no secret that they want to feature UK wrestlers to cater to that audience even beyond this week's tour. Cuppa T? Wow. That's a really ****-T name for a faction.
